AI & Field Marketing Manager

Notting Hill, Victoria 3168, Australia • Full-time

Role Type

Permanent • Full-time • Mid-level Senior

Description

We’re building the marketing function of the future – and this role sits right at the centre of it.

This is a rare opportunity to own both the cutting edge and the coalface of regional marketing. You’ll use AI tools to plan smarter, move faster and personalise at scale, while also showing up in person at the trade shows, partner events and regional activations that matter across the APAC region.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading AI-first marketing execution across content, campaigns, segmentation and reporting — setting the standard for how marketing gets done at ICT in the region
  • Planning and running our presence at key industry events including ASIAL and SecTech
  • Building and delivering co-marketing programmes with ICT Partners across Australia, New Zealand and Asia
  • Driving always-on demand generation that targets the right audiences, in the right markets
  • Tracking performance across digital and field channels with a sharp eye on pipeline contribution

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

  • Genuinely excited about what AI makes possible in marketing
  • Comfortable owning a region — from strategy through to on-the-ground execution
  • A natural relationship builder who also loves a clean dashboard
  • Motivated by campaigns that move the needle on pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on AI technologies preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.

Only applicants with legal work rights within Australia will be considered.
