About the Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to combine their expertise with a genuine passion for travel! If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

What does the role look like?

  • Design personalised Australian travel experiences and itineraries
  • Building long-term relationships with leisure clients and agents
  • Manage bookings, including amendments, documentation and supplier coordination
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline to maximise conversion and revenue
  • Provide ongoing customer support throughout the travel journey
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

This is a full-time, permanent role based on the Sunshine Coast, working 38 hours per week. The role is rostered between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday, so weekend and public holiday work will be required.

Remuneration

  • Uncapped earning potential!
  • Base salary of $57,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission. Expect total earnings of $70,000 – $115,000 per year as you smash your targets!

About You

You are someone who genuinely loves travel and enjoys helping people create memorable experiences. You also bring:

  • Experience in travel, tourism, or sales
  • Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Previous experience in travel consulting, preferably in the inbound Australian market
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confidence in managing multiple bookings and priorities
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • A genuine passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
  • Comfortable using CRMs, booking platforms and digital tools
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Second language proficiency is an asset
