Production Coordinator
Location: Southport, QLD
Employment Type: Full‑time, on‑site (WFH 1 day per week post‑probation)
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + super (negotiable based on experience)

Our production output spans live events, social media, podcasts and paid media, and continues to expand as the business scales.
The Role
The Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the execution of content, events and production initiatives across the business.
Working closely with the Executive Producer, this role ensures all production logistics, assets and workflows are organised, prepared and delivered to a high standard. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role requiring strong organisation, initiative and the confidence to coordinate multiple stakeholders across content, events and marketing activity.
This position suits someone with experience in production, content, events or marketing coordination who enjoys owning logistics, assets and delivery, and who can operate with autonomy in a high‑output environment.
The role includes travel and work outside standard business hours to support events and content production as required.
Key Responsibilities
Presentation, Visual Content & Graphics
- Create, update and format presentation decks for events, masterclasses, webinars and podcasts
- Design and polish slide visuals, presentation graphics and supporting materials
- Produce high‑quality marketing, social media and internal graphic assets using PowerPoint and Canva
- Translate rough content or direction into polished, on‑brand visual outputs
- Organise and prepare visual assets for content delivery and live events
Event & Production Coordination
- Coordinate pre‑event preparation, ensuring all content and assets are production‑ready
- Build and manage runsheets and production documentation
- Prepare presentation decks, media files and supporting materials for events
- Liaise with videographers, photographers and production crew
- Support on‑the‑ground event delivery including slides, media playback and logistics
- Coordinate post‑event media organisation and asset distribution
Podcast & Content Coordination
- Manage podcast scheduling and recording logistics
- Prepare all assets required for recording (slides, graphics, media)
- Coordinate with editors to ensure content is delivered on time
- Manage episode uploads, scheduling and publishing
- Write and finalise episode descriptions and coordinate promotional assets
Production Workflow & Asset Management
- Coordinate editors, videographers and creatives to meet timelines
- Prepare editing briefs and distribute required assets
- Track deliverables and manage feedback and revision cycles
- Maintain structured content libraries and file management systems
- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and efficiency
General Production Support
- Support the Executive Producer in delivering content and event initiatives
- Contribute to content planning and coordination across the business
- Respond to ad hoc production and content requests as required
Skills & Experience
Required
- 2–4+ years’ experience in a production, content, events or marketing coordination role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience coordinating internal teams and external suppliers
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Canva, with the ability to produce polished, on‑brand visual content
- Confident communicator with the ability to operate independently
Preferred
- Experience supporting live events, podcasts or content production
- Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
- Basic photography or videography experience
