About Infinity Group Australia
At Infinity Group Australia, we exist to help everyday Australians conquer debt, build wealth, and create lasting financial freedom. Our average client pays off their home loan up to 20 years early and saves on average $270,000 in interest thanks to our flagship Rapid Repay program.
What began as a personal vision has grown into one of Australia’s most awarded financial services groups — built on education, driven by transformation, and backed by real results.
As Infinity continues to grow, our founders Rebecca and Graeme Holm remain deeply connected to the business, ensuring our mission stays personal, powerful, and people-first.
Why This Role Matters
This is not a construction site role and we are not a builder.
As a Construction Administrator, you’ll work from our Cremorne office managing the investor experience throughout their property build — acting as the central point of communication between our residential investment clients, their builders, developers, and property managers.
You’ll ensure progress stays on track, documentation is accurate, risks are managed, and clients feel supported every step of the way — from land settlement to construction completion and handover into property management.
If you love organisation, fast-paced coordination, and improving client outcomes, this role will excite you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple investor build files and coordinate all administrative milestones
- Act as the day-to-day liaison between clients, builders, and property managers
- Track and monitor task progress and construction timelines
- Provide proactive updates and exceptional client communication
- Organise builder handovers and facilitate property management onboarding
- Arrange third-party defect inspections and ensure follow-through
- Verify insurances, warranties, and key compliance requirements
- Resolve roadblocks early to maintain momentum and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in construction admin, property support, or developer/builder coordination (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a solutions-driven mindset
- Comfortable working with digital workflow and documentation systems
- Clear Police & Credit Report (mandatory)
- Full working rights in Australia
