About the Role

We’re looking for a Student Success Officer who is passionate about supporting people. You’ll be the first point of contact for our students, answering questions, offering encouragement and guiding them through their learning journey.

This role is all about creating a positive student experience, supporting learner engagement, progression and completion – making sure our learners feel supported, confident and focused on achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact, responding to student enquiries via calls, emails and support platforms, with a strong focus on supporting/advancing student progression.

• Proactively engage with students to address concerns, provide guidance and support engagement and course progression.

• Manage data entry related to student enrolments and course completions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student challenges and enhance the student journey.

• Advocate for students, ensuring their voices are heard across APC.

• Perform administrative processes and tasks associated with the student journey using internal student support platforms.

• Experience in the education sector or working with an RTO.

• Mental Health First Aid certification.
