Indigo Junction provides a range of specialist support services for people experiencing homelessness, housing crisis or other hardship in Midland and the broader Northeast metropolitan.

About the Role

Indigo Junction is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide HR advice and support across the organisation, working across the full employee lifecycle. This is a practical, hands-on role supporting leaders with employee relations, performance, recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR matters, ensuring fair, consistent and compliant practice aligned with policy and the SCHADS Award while maintaining HR systems and providing clear, practical guidance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Essential Experience

  • Substantial experience across HR disciplines of leadership development, succession planning, performance development, talent management, workforce planning, employee/industrial relations, and culture and engagement.
  • Experience coordinating HR projects and supporting organisational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in complex ER matters and SCHADS Award interpretation.

Requirements

Successful applicants will require:

  • Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
