Kariyarra Glass Services Novus Glass is seeking experienced senior Automotive Glaziers(5 Years Minimum Experience) to join our growing team in Port Hedland. We offer long term opportunities, a supportive team environment, and a competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.

This role includes the removal, installation, repair, re calibration and replacement of automotive and machinery glass across a wide range of equipment including: • Cars and light vehicles

• Cranes and trains • Earthmoving and heavy mining equipment (Graders, Loaders, Excavators, Dump Trucks, Drill Rigs)

• Trucks and buses (Scania trucks,Irizar buses, Yutong buses, Mack Trucks)

This is a Port Hedland-based role supporting mine sites, remote locations across the Pilbara region, and workshop operations within Port Hedland.The position includes both on-site and in-town work, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, requiring a professional and customer-focused approach.

Essential Requirements: 

• Certificate III in Automotive Glazing Technology

• 5 years Min Experience working on Light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and earthmoving equipment

• Mine site experience • Manual C Class Driver’s Licence • HR Licence (or willingness to obtain) • Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain) • Experience with ADAS calibration • Glass cutting experience

• Physically fit and capable of safely handling heavy glass and performing demanding manual tasks • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients onsite and in the workshop • Experience supporting or leading a team • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Ability to follow site safety requirements, procedures, and FIFO protocols • Reliable and hardworking attitude with pride in quality workmanship

What we offer:

• FIFO 2:1 Roster 12hour shiftwork (day shift only) • Highly competitive salary package (all-inclusive of travel and meal allowance and superannuation)
