About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Barber/Hairdresser (Dual Trade) for a unique FIFO opportunity in the Pilbara.

This role is an important part of the on-site wellness program, helping workers feel their best by delivering high-quality barbering and hairdressing services in a professional, safe, and welcoming environment.

You will join an existing and growing team and bring a strong commitment to customer service, hygiene, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional barbering and hairdressing services to clients on site
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive client experience
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety
  • Manage bookings and appointments efficiently
  • Work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
  • Support the overall wellbeing program for workers on site

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a fully qualified Hairdresser/Barber (Dual Trade)
  • Minimum Certificate III in Hairdressing/Barbering
  • A current and valid driver’s licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills, including experience with booking systems
  • Flexibility to travel and work on-site at mining locations
  • Willingness to work 10-hour days
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
