Job Summary
Inalca Food & Beverage Australia is seeking a reliable
and motivated Picker and Packer with a valid Forklift Licence to join
our Sydney warehouse team.
This role is suited to someone with strong attention to
detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced food and beverage warehouse environment. The successful candidate
will support daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing customer
orders, operating a forklift, loading and unloading vehicles, maintaining stock
accuracy, and following all safety and warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick
and pack customer orders accurately according to picking slips, packing
lists, and customer requirements.
- Ensure
products, quantities, labels, lots, and packaging are checked carefully
before dispatch.
- Operate
a forklift safely for loading, unloading, put-away, and general warehouse
movements.
- Assist
with loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient
manner.
- Handle
food and beverage products with care to prevent damage, contamination, or
stock discrepancies.
- Follow
FIFO principles and support accurate stock rotation.
- Maintain
cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards across the warehouse.
- Assist
with stock counts, stock checks, and general inventory control activities
when required.
- Report
any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational
issues to the Warehouse Manager.
- Follow
company procedures, WHS requirements, food safety expectations, and
warehouse operating standards at all times.
- Work
collaboratively with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and
operations teams to support daily dispatch requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Previous
experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or dispatch role.
- Valid
forklift licence is required.
- Experience
in food and beverage, cold storage, FMCG, or similar warehouse environment
will be highly regarded.
- Strong
attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality
standards.
- Good
organisational skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable,
punctual, and physically capable of manual handling tasks.
- Positive
attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Basic
understanding of warehouse procedures, stock rotation, and order accuracy.
- Valid
driver’s licence is desirable.
