We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team, embedded full-time within a leading independent school in Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is motivated, personable and enjoys working as part of a team, while also being confident managing tasks independently.

  • Supporting the management of client enquiries, ensuring responses are timely and professional
  • Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across the school and imageseven team
  • Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of a client-facing office
  • Managing administrative tasks including reporting, time tracking and project updates

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, offering the opportunity to build strong foundational skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You’ll bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an office environment (marketing or communications exposure is advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • A professional, approachable manner and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to step in and support where needed
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through on commitments
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (completed or in progress)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia

  • Exposure to leading schools and meaningful work
  • Structured learning and development opportunities
  • A role designed to build your career in marketing and communications
  • Employee Assistance Program for you and your family
