About the role
The Graphic Designer is responsible for bringing the INSKIN COSMEDICS brand and its partner brands to life through visually compelling, high-quality design across digital and print platforms.
This role works collaboratively with the Marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines, communicates key messages, and enhances customer experience. With a strong eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for beauty and wellness, the Graphic Designer supports the visual storytelling of our campaigns, packaging, promotions, and internal communications, ensuring consistency and brand excellence at every touchpoint.
What you’ll be doing
·Designing graphics for various channels, including email campaigns, social media (organic
and paid), web platforms (desktop and mobile), and point-of-sale materials.
·Creating visually captivating solutions that seamlessly translate across multiple
platforms (print and digital, from initial concept to final execution.
·Collaborating with fellow designers and team members to ensure timely and high-quality
project completion.
·Managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously to support the achievement of
marketing objectives.
·Designing packaging for new products within the existing range and crafting innovative
promotional cartons.
·Supporting our education team in creating materials for training, partner clinics and
BDMs.
·Designing brand presentations, invites for training and INSKIN events along with INSKIN
Stationary.
About you
·A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role.
·A willingness to travel to/from our HQ in Lidcombe, which is where the team is based 5 days per
week
·A strong and adaptable design style that can be applied across various brands and categories.
·Proficiency in designing within the Adobe Suite, with a proven ability to communicate ideas visually.
·Excellent time management and planning skills, thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
·Enthusiasm, passion, and a proactive approach to tackling design challenges.
·Strong attention to detail and proofreading.
·Ability to accept and implement feedback effectively.
·Print production skills and adequate understanding of print production processes highly favoured.
·A keen eye for current design, beauty and cultural trends, along with a love for skincare products.
