As a John Deere Service Technician with Hutcheon & Pearce, you’ll be the go-to legend for everything from routine servicing to those head-scratching repairs—keeping our customers’ gear in top shape and ready for action. Whether it’s fine-tuning a tractor or solving a tricky mechanical mystery, you’ll be right in the thick of it, doing what you do best and making a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Service, repair, and maintain a wide range of ag/plant equipment
• Diagnose faults and get customers back up and running fast
• Complete service paperwork
• Share your technical know-how with customers and the team
• Take part in Training and Development

Who We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified in Agricultural, Heavy Vehicle, Automotive, Mobile Plant, or similar
• Holds a current driver’s licence
• Organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused
• A team player with excellent communication skills
