ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Manager, Housing & Impact, you will provide leadership and oversight to a team responsible for delivering sustainable tenancy outcomes while ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
You will drive continuous improvement, foster a positive team culture and build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and community partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing Housing & Impact team
- Drive best-practice tenancy and property management outcomes
- Manage complex customer matters and stakeholder relationships
- Implement strategic initiatives and service improvements
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements
- Analyse data and reporting to support informed decision making
- Support the delivery of social impact programs and community outcomes
REQUIREMENTS
- Current NSW Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current NSW Driver Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within social housing or community services
- Experience interpreting and applying tenancy legislation, including RTA and NRAS
- Advanced computer skills
DESIRABLE
- Knowledge of housing management, rent arrears management and anti-social behaviour practices
- Certificate IV in Welfare or Certificate IV in Social Housing (or equivalent)
