Are you an experienced customer service leader with a passion for hospitality and tourism?

Toowoomba Caravan Park is seeking a Full-Time dedicated Front Office Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our guests and residents enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Front Office Manager, you’ll support the Park Manager with the day-to-day operations of our busy holiday park. You’ll lead the front office and support housekeeping operations, ensuring the smooth running of reception, administration, guest services, and team coordination. This hands-on role combines customer service, administration, operational support, and team leadership, with plenty of variety in your day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee front office operations including reservations, arrivals and departures.
  • Lead and support the front office and housekeeping teams to deliver a high standard of service.
  • Manage customer enquiries, feedback, reviews and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure daily reconciliations, cash handling and data entry are accurate and timely.
  • Assist the Park Manager with staff rostering, payroll support, reporting and supplies.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure accommodation and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Support the implementation of park policies, procedures and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Maintain positive relationships with guests and residents to enhance their overall experience.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering and purchasing requirements.
  • Support the preparation of reports and administrative documentation as required.
  • Ensure all guest enquiries via phone, email and in person are responded to promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success and presentation of the park through a hands-on and collaborative approach.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a motivated and professional leader who brings:

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality, tourism or accommodation role (holiday parks, hotels, resorts, or similar).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, train and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong computer literacy with booking/reservation systems and administrative processes.
  • Experience with RMS or similar booking systems is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business when required.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards.
