Tamworth Holiday Park is a welcoming holiday park offering comfortable accommodation, quality facilities and a relaxed atmosphere close to local attractions, shopping and entertainment.

We are currently looking for a Casual All-Rounder to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on, varied role within a holiday park environment. You will work across front office operations, guest support, housekeeping and general park duties, helping to maintain a high standard across the park while ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay.

We are looking for someone reliable, with a strong customer focus, who is happy to take on a variety of tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.

The successful applicant must possess:

  • Experience in a similar role within a holiday park, hospitality or customer service environment (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to assist across front office, housekeeping and general park duties
  • Confidence handling enquiries, bookings and basic administration tasks
  • Reservation system experience preferred (training provided)
  • Sound computer skills (preferred)
  • The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A willingness to carry out a variety of tasks as required
  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
  • Availability for an immediate start

REMUNERATION The rate of pay for this role will be in accordance with the Hospitality General Award.
