Cellar hand | CBD Precinct

We’re looking for a hands-on, organised, and proactive team member to join our Cellar team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our venues and back-of-house spaces across the CBD precinct.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen & BOH Support

• Receive, check, and store daily kitchen deliveries
• Liaise with suppliers and maintain invoice records
• Organise storage spaces and maintain kitchen cool rooms and CBD storerooms

Cellar & Bar Support

• Receive and restock bar deliveries
• Maintain cellar organisation and cleanliness

General Operations

• Morning waste removal and disposal management
• Maintain sundry, takeaway, and disposal areas
• Support with ad-hoc maintenance, movement, and general upkeep tasks

About You

• Reliable, punctual, and efficient with strong attention to detail
• Physically capable of handling manual tasks
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
• Previous experience in hospitality operations, logistics, or facilities management is a plus
