Our Role
With an increasing focus on modernising our premises, vendor management and office and client service functions, this is a newly created role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Spanning office and mailroom and printing services, facilities and premises management, front of house and the Brisbane café, you will lead the function end to end, across our Brisbane and Perth offices.
With a core focus in modernising how we deliver workplace services, enhancing service models, systems, and processes and effectively managing supplier relationships, key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and drive a strategic roadmap for Corporate Services focused on lifting efficiency, quality and value
- Partner with the COO on premises leasing, fit-out, refurbishments and landlord relationships
- Own strategic vendor relationships end to end including procurement, negotiation, performance and risk
- Oversee the commercial performance of the firm’s outsourced Brisbane café and workplace hospitality offering
- Set and manage budgets across rent, utilities, contracts and capital works
- Provide governance over records management, safe custody, archiving and document destruction
- Provide strategic leadership to a national team
About you
With significant senior leadership experience in corporate services, facilities or premises management, you will possess:
- Experience leading multi-site corporate services functions, ideally in professional services
- Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- A track record of managing outsourced providers and complex vendor relationships
- Strong project management and change leadership skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the credibility to influence at executive level
- Experience managing operational risk and governance
- Proven ability to lead high-performing service teams
- Qualifications in business, facilities management, property or operations (desirable)
