This is primarily an administrative and scheduling role, supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced, high-standards environment. The right person will be calm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable managing a demanding workload with minimal fuss.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the right-hand to the Creative Producer, managing his day-to-day schedule and admin needs.
  • Proactively managing a busy and frequently changing calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and flagging clashes before they become a problem.
  • Giving the Creative Producer a daily morning run-through of the day ahead, including meetings, priorities, and anything that needs attention.
  • Providing timely heads-up reminders ahead of meetings throughout the day, so he’s never caught off guard.
  • Anticipating needs and filling in gaps where information is incomplete, using judgement and initiative to get things right.
  • Coordinating meetings and calls, preparing agendas, and arranging meeting notes using appropriate software.
  • Managing correspondence and following up on actions on his behalf.
  • Organising and maintaining files, trackers, and documents.
  • Providing general administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A resilient, level-headed nature with the ability to stay composed in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work things out independently when information is limited.
  • Confidence to manage a demanding calendar with multiple moving parts.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience as a PA, EA, or in a similar support role.
  • An interest in animation or the screen industry is a plus, but not essential.

Eligibility:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident.
  • This is an on-site position within our studio located in Woolloongabba, QLD, Australia.
