About the role:

• Casual role, located in Maroochydore – Approximately 30 hours per week
• Immediate start available
• Police check required

We are currently seeking an energetic and committed individual to join our friendly team in our Community located in Maroochydore. Reporting directly to the Community Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for gardening as well as maintenance of the Village, Pools and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lawn mowing, whipper snipping and general garden upkeep and maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance to plant and equipment as required
• Perform daily cleaning
• Pool maintenance

Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in similar role
• Previous use of zero turn ride on mowers and lawn equipment
• Excellent communication and team work skills
• Proactive and highly organised with the ability to multitask
• Valid manual drivers license
• Must have own vehicle
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
