We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Warehouse Senior Supervisor to join our Ravenhall team. This is an opportunity for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building a strong team culture focused on safety, service, and accountability.

The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Senior Supervisor, you’ll coordinate and oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and meet service standards.

You’ll play a key role in managing workflow, supporting team performance, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across temperature-controlled environments (-15°C to 25°C)
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, staffing, and rostering
  • Monitor workflow and ensure SLA targets are achieved
  • Promote a strong safety culture, including leading pre-starts
  • Track KPIs and manage labour costs, including overtime
  • Coach team members and ensure process compliance
  • Escalate issues and support continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in a supervisory role within warehousing, distribution, or logistics
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, workflow, and warehouse systems (WMS)
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure, adapt to change, and keep operations running smoothly
  • A reliable, positive attitude with a focus on safety, service, and continuous improvement
  • Forklift licence and/or HACCP knowledge will be desirable but not essential
