Home Delivery Service (HDS) is growing – and we’re looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Eastern Creek team and be part of the journey. About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, helping to keep inventory accurate, systems up to date, and processes running smoothly across our ambient, chilled, and frozen environments.

This is a hands-on, operational role with a strong systems and analytical focus. You’ll work closely with the Inventory Manager and broader operations team to maintain stock integrity, investigate issues, update records accurately, and help ensure our inventory processes are efficient, compliant, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carry out daily cycle counts and stock checks
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Monitor stock rotation FEFO and flag any risks
  • Process stock adjustments, movements, and corrections
  • Support inventory reporting, data accuracy, and accuracy improvement initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding new products and customers
  • Help keep inventory processes compliant and audit-ready
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure inventory processes are followed consistently
  • Identify opportunities to improve system usage, reporting, and inventory control processes

About You

You’re reliable,detail-focused, and enjoy getting stuck into the day-to-day. You take pride in accuracy and are confident working with systems and data.

You’ll also bring:

  • Around 2+ years’ experience in inventory, warehousing, or distribution
  • Strong knowledge and experience with systems and analytics
  • Experience using a WMS (or similar systems)
  • Good Excel and general computer skills
  • A solid understanding of stock control basics (FEFO, cycle counts, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
