We are inviting applications from suitably skilled
Receptionist/Administration Assistants to work on a casual basis at our Northam
office. This is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive
team environment.
About the role
- You
will provide a professional, and efficient welcome for consumers and
visitors contacting the service
- You
will assist our clinical team with scheduling appointments and making
alterations when required.
- You will capture consumer
information and enter it into relevant record keeping systems
- You
will place orders for stationary and other office equipment when required.
About you
- You have
a high level of interpersonal and communication skills
- You can
work nonjudgmentally with a diverse client base
- You are
available for shifts on short notice
- You have
strong IT skills and an ability to learn new systems.
- You have
experience working in a receptionist role.
- You
hold or can obtain a current National Police Clearance.
