As our Family Law practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Family Lawyer who wants strong mentorship, quality matters, real client exposure and long-term career progression within a modern and growing firm.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with an experienced Senior Family Solicitor across a broad range of parenting and property matters, including complex and high-conflict cases.

This is a hands-on role offering real responsibility, client interaction and advocacy exposure from the outset.

You will be trusted to manage your own matters while being supported by senior lawyers who are invested in your development.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters with appropriate supervision
• Draft Court documents, affidavits and correspondence
• Prepare financial disclosure and evidence
• Attend Court appearances, mediations and conciliations
• Liaise with Counsel and external parties
• Conduct legal research and case preparation
• Work directly with clients through sensitive and complex matters

About You

You will ideally have:

• 2+ years PQE in Family Law
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Confidence managing files and client relationships
• A genuine interest in advocacy and strategy
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
