About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator | Field Service Administrator to become the central link between our customers, field technicians and internal teams.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll coordinate service requests from initial booking through to completion, ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently, parts are available, customers are kept informed, and service jobs are delivered on time.

We’re seeking someone with experience in field service coordination, maintenance scheduling, control room operations or a similar operational scheduling role who enjoys solving problems, juggling competing priorities and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate service requests from intake through to completion
  • Schedule field technicians based on priority, location and availability
  • Allocate parts and materials to support upcoming service work
  • Maintain accurate job information and workflow management within AroFlo
  • Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Resolve scheduling challenges and respond to changing priorities
  • Ensure service documentation is accurate, complete and closed out correctly
  • Work closely with technicians, suppliers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • Experience in a Service Coordinator, Control Room, Maintenance Scheduling, Operations Coordination or similar scheduling role
  • Strong working knowledge of AroFlo
  • Experience coordinating mobile workforces or field technicians
  • Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Experience within field service, maintenance, technical services or healthcare
  • Exposure to parts coordination, inventory or supply chain processes
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement of service operations
