Hipac is looking for a marketing lead who can turn clear strategy into real impact: in the market, across the business and in their own career.
You will work across brand, marketing, sales support, agency direction, internal alignment and customer experience, applying judgement, driving work forward, and bringing others with you. It requires judgement about what matters most, the drive to move work through the business, and the influence to bring others with you.
The task is to make brand and marketing count inside the business; shaping priorities, improving sales support, strengthening customer experience and bringing greater consistency.
The role
You will make sure brand and marketing shape decisions, support sales, and improve how the business operates.
That means taking responsibility for:
- customer understanding of Hipac’s role, value and standards
- the quality and focus of sales support
- the clarity of messaging and customer experience
- consistency between what is promised, sold and delivered
You will work directly with Sales, Operations and Leadership to improve market understanding, sales support, and consistency of delivery.
The work
- Help set priorities based on both immediate need and long-term impact
- Own positioning, messaging and core sales tools within Hipac’s agreed brand strategy
- Direct agencies and internal resources with clear briefs and expectations
- Build consistency and brand alignment across teams so the business operates with one clear standard
