About the Role

We are looking for a practical and reliable Installation Technician to join our growing projects team.

This role combines workshop assembly work with on-site installations across healthcare and commercial environments. You’ll work with specialised healthcare products and infrastructure solutions, supporting installations across the country.

No two days are the same — this role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving and travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assembling specialised healthcare systems in our Prestons workshop
  • Installing products and hardware on customer sites
  • Troubleshooting and resolving installation issues
  • Reading and interpreting installation drawings
  • Working closely with Projects, Production and Operations teams
  • Supporting transport and installation preparation
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
  • Travelling nationally when required

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Strong hands-on assembly and installation skills
  • Experience in carpentry, fit-out, door hardware, locksmithing or similar trades
  • Confident using tools and interpreting drawings
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Reliable, practical and safety focused
  • Willingness to travel nationally

Desirable

  • Experience working on commercial or healthcare projects
  • Experience with access hardware or specialised installations
  • Forklift, EWP or other relevant tickets
