Field Service Administration Coordinator

About the Role

Hipac Healthcare is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator / Field Service Administrator to manage service jobs from intake through to completion.

This is a fast-paced, operational role where you will be responsible for scheduling technicians, coordinating parts, managing workflows in AroFlo, and ensuring jobs are delivered on time and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate service job intake, review, and release
• Schedule field technicians based on priority and availability
• Ensure parts and materials are aligned to job requirements
• Maintain accurate job data and updates in AroFlo
• Track job progress and provide updates to internal teams and customers
• Resolve scheduling and service delivery issues
• Ensure all job documentation is accurate and complete

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or Operations role
• Strong experience using AroFlo
• Proven ability to schedule jobs and manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Desirable:

• Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical services
• Exposure to parts, inventory, or supply chain coordination
