We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Store Manager to lead our Darwin location. If you thrive on accountability, team leadership, and delivering strong sales results — this is your role.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team • Drive sales and consistently exceed KPI targets • Take ownership of store operations, rosters, and budgets • Maintain high showroom and warehouse standards • Oversee stock control, stocktake, and inventory accuracy • Build strong trade and retail customer relationships • Handle escalations with professionalism and confidence • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management • Ensure WH&S and company compliance standards are met

What you’ll bring

• Proven retail leadership experience (Store Manager level) • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs • Ability to lead from the front and hold teams accountable • Commercial mindset with strong organisational skills • Excellent communication and team leadership ability • Experience in home improvement, interiors or trade (ideal) • Manual driver’s licence (advantageous)
