An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing Department in Melbourne. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this pivotal role will lead the development and delivery of strategic, insight led brand and marketing plans across our Service Bodies portfolio.

 

The Senior Brand Manager will take ownership of large scale, complex initiatives and integrated multichannel campaigns, driving strong alignment across the business. By translating market insights and customer needs into clear, compelling strategies, this role will deliver cohesive activity that achieve meaningful, measurable results for our business.

About the Role

  • Develop and refine multiyear brand strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, category trends and future growth opportunities
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic, insight driven brand and marketing plans
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies that drive commercial growth and brand impact
  • Provide market, category and competitor insights to inform strategic decision making across the business
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, customer, operations, and executive teams to deliver business wide programs such as customer journey optimisation and brand experience mprovements
  • Drive continuous improvement through test and learn frameworks, post-campaign reviews and performance analysis
  • Oversee multi-channel go-to-market strategies that strengthen audience engagement and deliver measurable results
  • Manage budgets, optimise spend and drive marketing efficiency through data-led decision making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, cross functional teams and external agencies
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, supporting capability development and collaborative culture
  • Oversee end to end campaign planning, creative development, and asset delivery across key channels
  • Ensure brand consistency and excellence across internal and external touchpoints

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ marketing experience across a range of industries
  • Minimum 3 years’ team management experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing or similar

 

Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience delivering data driven marketing strategies across complex environments and diverse industries
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving campaign ROI, optimising marketing budgets and supporting broader business performance
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams at all levels
  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing marketing team, managing multiple direct reports and guiding specialist disciplines toward cohesive outcomes
  • Expertise in transforming insights into high impact creative, messaging and channel strategies
  • Experience developing and refining measurement frameworks, dashboards and reporting processes that drive continual optimisation
  • Experience using test‑and‑learn methods and A/B testing to improve customer journey performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Ability to quickly understand new markets, prioritise effectively, navigate ambiguity and deliver meaningful outcomes at pace
  • Strong leadership capability across marketing delivery, guiding marketing team members, cross-functional partners and agency stakeholders through end-to-end campaign and project execution
  • Strong problem-solving capability, applying detailed insights to optimise brand performance, customer acquisition and commercial outcomes
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing activity across the full marketing mix, ensuring alignment, collaboration and quality across internal teams and external partners
