Fabricator/Welder – Trailer Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fabricator/Welder to join our growing team in Goulburn, specialising in the manufacture and repair of high-quality trailers.

About the Role

As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling and welding trailer components to a high standard. You will work from engineering drawings and ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld trailer chassis, frames and components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform MIG welding on steel materials
• Use fabrication equipment including grinders, drills, presses, and cutting tools
• Assemble trailers and fit components as required
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in fabrication and MIG welding
• Experience in trailer, automotive, or heavy vehicle manufacturing is highly regarded
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current driver’s license preferred
• Forklift license and/or welding qualifications are an advantage but not essential
