Description

We’re looking for an experienced and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our Perth CBD office. At HHG Legal Group, our people are at the center of what we do. We value professionalism, care and genuine relationships — both within our team and with our clients.

This role is pivotal in creating an exceptional first impression for our clients, visitors and staff, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front of house and office environment. We are seeking someone who has built a career within corporate reception or senior front-of-house positions and who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment.

As the face of the firm, you will bring professionalism, maturity, discretion and a strong client service mindset to every interaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a busy corporate front desk and welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails and client enquiries
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, appointments and visitor management processes
  • Processing client payments in line with firm procedures and compliance requirements
  • Managing safe custody document collections, ID verification checks and confidential documentation
  • Overseeing mail, couriers and maintaining the firm’s mail register
  • Coordinating office facilities, maintenance requests and liaising with IT and external service providers
  • Providing high-level administrative and operational support to lawyers and staff across the firm
  • Assisting with the coordination of events, internal functions, catering and client meetings
  • Maintaining presentation standards across reception, meeting rooms and shared office spaces
  • Supporting a collaborative and professional office culture while maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times

About you:

  • 3 years + experience in a corporate receptionist, senior front-of-house or professional services client-facing role
  • A polished and professional presentation with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • High attention to detail and the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to client service excellence
  • Experience within legal, accounting, financial or other professional services environments will be highly regarded but not essential
