About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our Retail Sales team. This is a fast-paced role where you will work closely with Key Account Managers, major retail customers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth coordination of sales activities, customer requirements and retail promotions.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting sales delivery, managing product and promotional processes, and ensuring our retail customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate key retail customer accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a primary point of contact for enquiries, orders and account support.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service teams.
- Support Key Account Managers through sales forecasting, product projections, budget planning and the management of exclusive product lines.
- Coordinate and monitor retail promotional activity, including below-the-line promotions, promotional spend and execution across major retail customers.
- Prepare and analyse weekly and monthly sales reports, maintain accurate customer data, and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You are highly organised, proactive and enjoy working across multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and understand the importance of supporting both customers and sales teams to achieve commercial success.
You Will Bring
- Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support or Customer Service role, ideally within FMCG, grocery, retail or consumer goods.
- Strong customer relationship and account coordination skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Key Account Managers, including order processing, sales reporting, forecasting and promotional planning activities.
- Advanced organisational skills with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with experience preparing sales reports and working with major retailers such as Woolworths, Coles or other large retail organisations highly regarded.
