Project Coordinator
Full time | 18-month Contract (Max. Term) | Brisbane, QLD
About the Role
This is a
hands-on Project Coordinator role supporting the delivery of key business
initiatives across Hewitt. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage
timelines, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
The
role suits someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track
while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and reporting
- Support stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Track progress and identify risks or delays
- Maintain project documentation and updates
- Assist with process improvements and project delivery
About You
You are
organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You bring
strong communication skills and can confidently work with a range of
stakeholders. You are proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoy supporting
projects from initiation through to delivery.
You Will Bring
- Experience in project coordination or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or project tools
