About the Role

As a Production Team Member, you will play an important role in the daily manufacturing of high-quality products. You will operate company machinery while supporting a range of production activities including packing, boxing finished products, sleeving, and order counts.

Working as part of a collaborative production team, you will help achieve daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and complete routine manufacturing tasks
  • Execute daily production plans and report any issues or delays
  • Pack, box, sleeve, and prepare finished products for dispatch
  • Participate in line huddles and contribute to continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain HACCP, GMP, and workplace quality standards

You are a reliable and detail-focused team member who takes pride in producing quality products. You will have strong communication skills, the ability to work towards deadlines, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a production environment.
