About the Role

As a People & Culture Advisor, you will partner closely with the Agri Business leadership team to deliver effective, on-site HR support. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a key role in supporting leaders to achieve business outcomes through practical, compliant, and people-focused HR solutions.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys coaching stakeholders and is passionate about improving employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical HR guidance to leaders on employee matters, company policies, and procedures
  • Support the delivery of cyclical HR activities (performance, remuneration and engagement) to enhance employee experience
  • Contribute to HR reporting by gathering and analysing data to support business insights
  • Assist with training needs analysis and learning initiatives in collaboration with the Learning & Performance team
  • Maintain accurate HR systems and records while supporting employee matters and change initiatives

 

About You

You are a proactive and confident HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and influencing outcomes. With knowledge of HR processes and systems, you bring a practical approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.

You are organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in environments where no two days are the same. Experience or an interest in agriculture will see you succeed in this role.

 

You Will Bring

  • Some experience in an HR support or advisory role
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employment practices
  • Developing ability to build relationships and provide support to leaders
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (or working towards)
