About the Role

Reporting to the Project Director – ERP, the Change Manager will lead change activities across Hewitt’s group-wide ERP implementation. This role is focused on guiding the business through process, role and structural change to support successful adoption of the new system. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to build engagement, manage risk and drive readiness for go-live. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can balance strategy with practical delivery in a fast-paced project environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities across the ERP implementation

• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication and change plans

• Conduct change impact assessments and manage resistance points

• Design and deliver training, workshops and end-user support

• Support process improvement, business readiness and post-go-live review

 About You

You are an experienced change professional with a strong track record supporting large-scale transformation, ideally within ERP programs. You know how to engage stakeholders at all levels, communicate clearly and build momentum through periods of change. You bring a practical, people-focused approach and can confidently manage competing priorities while keeping adoption outcomes front of mind. You are collaborative, resilient and energised by helping teams’ transition successfully to new ways of working.
