About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in daily production, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and safely. You’ll operate a range of machinery including sealers, labellers, and conveyors while supporting packing and processing tasks. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, cold environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. You will contribute directly to delivering high-quality products to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery including sealers, labellers, fillers and conveyors
- Participate in daily production and order fulfilment
- Pack, box, sleeve and prepare finished products
- Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate daily order counts and follow SOPs
About You
You are a reliable and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. You have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you bring experience from food manufacturing or similar industries and are comfortable working in chilled conditions. You value teamwork, follow processes carefully, and take pride in delivering quality work.
You Will Bring
- Experience in food manufacturing or meat processing (preferred)
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety practices
- Ability to follow SOPs and work in cold environments (~4°C)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
