Customer Relations Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to customers to join our team. We are seeking someone who is task-focused, highly organized, and able to work both autonomously and as part of our dynamic team.

You will be flexible and reliable, with excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude. We are specifically looking for an individual with great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Key areas of responsibility:

  • Processing orders, communicating any relevant follow-up information to customers and providing solutions as required
  • Customer contact, whether it be over the phone, electronically or face to face
  • Maintaining and updating all customer files and CRM
  • Processing account applications, forms and requests.
  • Dispute resolution as required
  • Focus on “First Call Resolution” strategies for all customer enquiries
  • Provide excellence in end-to-end service delivery
  • Providing administrative supports throughout our business as required

We are looking for someone who can tick the following boxes:

  • Customer service experience
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc)
  • Amazing phone manner
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Great time management skills and driven to meet deadlines
  • Great eye for detail
  • Well developed dispute resolution skills
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude

Desirable but not compulsory traits you will possess:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry (including NDIS) will be highly regarded
  • Good understanding of Medical Consumables (Continence, Nutrition, Wound Care etc)
