We’re looking for a Senior (L3) MSP Engineer with great customer facing skills mixed with strong Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace experience who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring others, and delivering quality outcomes for clients.

This is a hands-on senior role covering escalations, project delivery, and presales support.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Act as the highest-level escalation point for complex issues and critical incident
  • Mentor and guide Level 2 engineers, lifting technical capability across the team 
  • Deliver projects end to end including Microsoft 365, cloud, and infrastructure deployments 
  • Support presales activities including discovery, solution design, and technical input into proposals 

Core technology experience (preferred) 

  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) 
  • SharePoint Online architecture, migration, and governance 
  • Intune (Endpoint Manager), compliance policies, and application deployment 
  • Entra ID (Azure AD) identity, access, and conditional access
  • Windows Autopilot device provisioning 
  • Azure core services, networking, server virtualisation, and security best practices 
  • Essential Eight Assessment and Remediation 
  • PowerShell Automations 

What we’re looking for 

  • Strong experience in an MSP environment in a Senior (L3) support role 
  • Proven Modern Workplace and Microsoft cloud experience across multiple client environments 
  • Confident communicating with clients and translating technical detail into outcomes 
  • Comfortable balancing escalations, project work, and presales support 

Preferred certifications (not mandatory) 

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate 
  • Microsoft SC‑900 (Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals) 
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate 
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate 
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert / Enterprise Administrator Expert (or equivalent) 
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Any security certifications 

Must have 

  • Valid Australian working rights (minimum 2 years) 
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to attend client sites
