The Role

As a Portfolio Support Officer, you’ll join our Property Management team and report to the Director of Property Management. You’ll support Property Managers with inspections, admin, maintenance requests, and tenancy tasks to help keep everything running smoothly across a busy residential portfolio.

• Helps manage day-to-day tasks across a residential property portfolio

The Ideal Person

The ideal person for this role is organised, friendly, and eager to learn. You don’t need real estate experience, but you should be confident using Microsoft Office and bring a people-first mindset that helps you stay calm and helpful under pressure.

• Strong communicator with a positive attitude

• Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

• Organised, reliable, and ready to jump in where needed

• Motivated to grow a long-term career in real estate
