Havilah Inc is a respected aged care provider based in Maryborough, Central Victoria. We operate across three well-established sites, with exciting developments underway to meet growing community needs:

  • Harkness Street: 110 residential aged care places, 9 independent living units.
  • Palmerston Street: 32 residential aged care places and 44 independent living units.
  • The Terrace: 24 residential aged care places.

About the Role

As a Grade 2 Registered Nurse you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents. This hands-on leadership position involves guiding a team of personal care workers and delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care.

  • Proficient computer literacy and a professional, compassionate approach.

Key Selection Criteria (KSC)

1. Qualifications and Compliance

  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • A valid National Police Check (dated within two months) or willingness to obtain.
  • Permanent residency or Australian citizenship (sponsorship not available) Applicants must currently reside in Australia to be considered.

2. Skills and Experience

  • Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and lead a team.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in de-escalation techniques.

3.Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with aged care software systems.
  • Solid understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) and compliance requirements.
