About Us

Located in Maryborough, Central Victoria, Havilah Inc operates across three sites:

Harkness Street: 110 residential aged care places, 9 independent living units, and a 24-bed extension in progress.

Palmerston Street: 32 residential aged care places and 44 independent living units.

The Terrace: 24 residential care places.

Under construction: Boronia House a further 24 care places

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Hours: 24/7 rotating roster

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for aged care and commitment to best practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in computer literacy and a professional attitude.

Key Selection Criteria (KSC)

1. Qualifications and Compliance

• Current AHPRA registration.

• Diploma of Nursing Certificate

• Valid Police Check within 2 months of applying or willingness to obtain.

• Permanent residency or Australian citizenship (no sponsorship available) must be currently residing Australia otherwise will not be progressing to interview stage.

2. Skills and Experience

• Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and lead teams effectively.

• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

• De-escalation skills

3.Technical Proficiency

• Familiarity with aged care software, OHS, and compliance standards.

4. Personal Attributes

• Empathy, professionalism, and a collaborative approach.
