Description

Summary:

The People eXperience (PX) Support Learning & Development position provides PX triage and services support to the business, in addition to managing the day-to-day systems administration of PX platforms. This part-time position (4 days per week), based in Bendigo supports People Leaders undertaking a range of people-related activities. The position also supports cross functional needs including, but not limited to, development of position descriptions, recruitment and contracts, onboarding, induction, offboarding, payroll liaison, training options and administration, and supporting and working closely with other People Experience team members and the broader Business Services team. The position will support PX business improvement projects, as they arise. The position provides backup and support to the People Experience Support – Employee function as required.

Role can also be based out of other HHS sites including Preston, Geelong and Mildura.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage respectfully and professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality PX support and services.
  • Provide PX triage to People Leaders and staff across the organisation.
  • Support the Senior Lead PX in the development of the learning and development plan.
  • Identify mandatory training providers / options and arrange staff bookings to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage with people leaders to understand the development needs of their teams and research and source appropriate development programs.
  • Ongoing management of in-house training and development programs and maintenance of the record of staff training in the e-learning platform
  • Manage onboarding student placements within the business and liaising with operational placement supervisors.
  • Provide digital system support (Employment Hero & Tribal Habits) Administration, support and training.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated understanding of the role of a HR function in a modern, complex business environment.
  • Prior experience working in an administrative function in a complex organisation.
  • Prior experience providing systems support and training for platforms such as Employment Hero (HR functionality), Tribal Habits (e-learning), or similar.
  • Prior experience working in-depth with Teams, SharePoint, Office 365 Enterprise package.
  • Proven ability to partner successfully with people leaders regarding service delivery
  • Previous experience working within a Learning & Development function
  • Certificate or degree in Learning & Development, or Human Resources

Safety Screening Requirements • Victorian Driver’s Licence. • National Police Check. • Working with Children Check. This role may be indirectly exposed to psychosocial hazards including client [or staff] distress, trauma disclosures, and crisis responses. HHS provides supervision, debriefing, safety processes, and wellbeing supports to manage these risks. Staff are encouraged to raise concerns early through their Team Leader, HSR, or OHS processes.
