Join Our Team as a Permanent Part-Time Community Enrolled Nurse!
Are you a compassionate Enrolled Nurse who thrives on making a genuine difference in Veteran’s and older people’s lives? Do you enjoy building meaningful relationships and delivering care where it matters most—in the community?
We are seeking a dedicated Community Enrolled Nurse to join our growing team and support clients to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. This PPT role offers 24 hours per week and requires availability across all shifts, along with travel across Brisbane South suburbs.
We value our nurses and offer above‑award wages, paid travel time between clients, and an above‑award travel allowance. While being local is a bonus, what matters most is your willingness to travel within Brisbane South. Candidates available to start soon will be highly regarded.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in community and home-based settings.
- Monitor and support clients with chronic and complex health needs.
- Administer medications, perform complex wound care, diabetes management and perform clinical assessments within your scope of practice.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, allied health professionals, clients, and families.
- Promote health, wellbeing, and independence through person-centred care.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA with a minimum of 12 months experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload across all shifts.
- Current driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Ability to start immediately is highly preferred
- Residing within Brisbane City Council South side suburbs.
