Harrison Agents Launceston is seeking an experienced Residential Portfolio Manager to join our high-performing Property Management team. About the role

You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment where collaboration and professionalism are valued. As a Portfolio Manager, you’ll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio, working closely with clients and tenants to deliver a seamless property management experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining a residential property portfolio
  • Leasing, routine inspections and tenant communication
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and compliance requirements
  • Preparing and processing documentation through PropertyMe, DocuSign and related platforms
  • Supporting the Property Management team with administration and marketing tasks

About you

You’re a natural communicator who enjoys solving problems and creating positive experiences for clients and tenants. You bring:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A professional, proactive and adaptable approach
  • Confidence using Google Suite, PropertyMe and DocuSign
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine willingness to learn
  • Previous property management or real estate administration experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A current Property Representative Licence, or the ability to obtain one
