Description

Due to the growth of the Hector team, we have an exciting opportunity to join Harris as a Team Manager, supporting high-performing agents.

Working closely with a number of agents, you’ll play a key role in keeping the team running seamlessly while driving the day-to-day execution of campaigns, transactions and administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accountability and momentum, and enjoys being at the centre of a fast-paced environment.

Based in our newly built Kent Town office, you’ll also benefit from a modern, well-equipped workspace designed to support high performance, collaboration and wellbeing, with access to a range of on-site facilities.

As the Team Manager, you will drive the team to success with your:

  • Effective coordination of listings, campaigns and marketing activity, ensuring all campaigns are professionally executed and delivered on time
  • Management of contracts and settlements, including monitoring deadlines, documentation and progress through to completion
  • Structured workflow management, ensuring tasks are progressing, tracked and completed without delay
  • Clear and consistent stakeholder communication with clients, suppliers and internal team members
  • Proactive identification and escalation of risks to ensure smooth campaign and transaction outcomes
