Property Manager / Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Property Manager ready to take the next step in their real estate career! This hybrid role will also be responsible for growing the Port Lincoln property management portfolio which involves identifying prospects, conducting rental appraisals, and listing new rental managements, while delivering exceptional client experiences. Harris Port Lincoln has just moved into their newly refurbished office located on Tasman Terrace overlooking the beach front!

  • Expand the number and quality of properties under management.
  • Develop and nurture relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Interpreting legislation to add value to clients
  • Conduct listing presentations to prospective landlords and maintain the agency’s database of potential clients: This showcases the importance of client engagement and database management, key elements for success in the role.
  • Advertising properties effectively
  • Providing proactive, professional guidance to landlords
  • Utilising integrated technology platforms to efficiently manage your portfolio

  • A current Property Management Registration Licence
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in property management
