This is a unique Property Manager “Floater” role, that looks after portfolios when Property Managers are on leave. It is a full-time permanent position and can be based out of either our North or Kent Town location, both soon to be operating from brand-new, contemporary workspaces. This role offers a lot of variety. When not covering a portfolio you’ll contribute to PM Operations projects.

- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Interpreting legislation to add value to the client
- Advertising property
- Providing proactive and professional guidance to the landlord regarding their property
- Utilising our integrated technology platforms to efficiently run your portfolio

Who you are:
- Hold a current Property Management Registration licence
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager
- A passion for Property Management and outstanding client service
- A strong focus on the utilisation of technology and systems to operate in an efficient manner
