Known as the go-to team for commercial developments, residential apartment projects and heritage properties, this is an opportunity to step into a well-established, high calibre environment where you’ll be supported by a dedicated Team Manager with strong administrative foundations. What your day will look like:
- Assisting with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
- Database management and generation of appraisal leads
- Supporting high-level property campaigns and delivering 6-star service to clients
- Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
- Meeting individual and team KPIs and budgets
Who you are:
- A current Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate (essential)
- Experience in CRM systems (preferably Agent Box)
- High level of customer service
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
- Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
- An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
