The Barrett team are growing and now we’re searching for a Property Consultant to join Guy Barrett and his high performing team at our Glenelg office! Known as the go-to team for commercial developments, residential apartment projects and heritage properties, this is an opportunity to step into a well-established, high calibre environment where you’ll be supported by a dedicated Team Manager with strong administrative foundations. With that support in place, you’ll be empowered to focus on what you do best – building relationships, converting leads, negotiating strategically and delivering the exceptional 6 star service that set our brand apart!

What your day will look like:

  • Assisting with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
  • Database management and generation of appraisal leads
  • Supporting high-level property campaigns and delivering 6-star service to clients
  • Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
  • Meeting individual and team KPIs and budgets

Who you are:

  • A current Real Estate License
  • Experience in Real Estate (essential)
  • Experience in CRM systems (preferably Agent Box)
  • High level of customer service
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
  • Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
  • An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
