Key Responsibilities
- Carry out thermographic scanning of switchboards across a range of commercial properties throughout Melbourne.
- Work across diverse sites including universities, commercial buildings, councils, cinemas, and industrial facilities.
- Coordinate and schedule works directly with clients and tenants to ensure smooth site access and minimal disruption.
- Operate in line with HMC HSEQ policies and procedures, maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Prepare clear and accurate thermography reports for clients upon completion of works.
- Develop quotations for identified defects and, once approved, carry out required remedial works.
What we’re looking for
- Relevant trade qualification A Grade Licence
- 2 to 3 years working in the industry
- Commercial maintenance electrical background preferred.
- Thermography experience an advantage, but not essential – training provided.
- Comfortable with regular thermographic scanning (full-time or mixed with electrical work).
- Basic computer skills for report writing, image handling, and quoting
- Understanding and experience of relevant OHS requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
- Demonstrated level of quality workmanship
- Drivers licence
